Eligible Categories
🧱 Building Materials:
Return only if wrong, defective, or damaged on delivery.
Opened or customized items (e.g. cut tiles, mixed paint) are non-returnable.
👗 Fashion:
Unworn items with original tags may be returned.
Due to hygiene, undergarments and customized wear are non-returnable.
⚙️ Home Appliances:
Return only if the product arrives faulty or incomplete.
Once installed or used, warranty applies instead of return.
🍳 Kitchen Utensils:
Return accepted for unused, undamaged items only.
🎁 Souvenirs:
Return only for damaged or incorrect deliveries.
Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and approved returns. You’ll receive your refund via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
Exchanges
Exchange is allowed for the same product type (e.g. size, color, or model) if available. If out of stock, you can request a refund or store credit.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Azak Hope Ventures reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy conditions.This policy complies with applicable Consumer Protection Laws.
